Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature or condition. This includes customized or personalized orders, items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling, and items missing their original packaging and labels. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
In the event of a customs return, such as a package returned due to incomplete documentation, recipient non-response, or refusal to accept delivery, we will deduct a percentage of the order amount to cover international shipping and handling fees.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 10 business days.
